Heartland Community College Lincoln is set to resume free GED
preparation classes in the upcoming Fall semester.
Students that wish to enroll in the GED prep classes must complete
an online orientation before choosing a registration and testing
date. Online Orientation can be found at: sites.google.com/view/AdultEducation
Orientation
The next available registration dates are August 9, 10 and 11 from
9:00am to noon.
GED prep classes are held Monday through Thursday, 9:00am-11:00am or
1:00pm-3:00pm. The classes are leveled, so placement will be
determined after testing.
During the Fall 2021 semester, GED prep classes will be conducted in
a hybrid format, including in-person instruction, online
instruction, and Zoom sessions.

The instructor will plan lessons to meet student strengths, weaknesses, and
goals. These free preparation classes begin August 16, 2021.
