Anticipation to perform at San Jose Summer Concert Series Sunday, July 25th

[July 23, 2021]    Anticipation is a Gospel group that has been traveling the midwest for 11 years.

The group first started out as a trio with Brian Himmel and his two son's Brandon and Chris. Several years later, Chris would go on to marry Erica Graham who would join the group adding a new dynamic as a quartet.

When Brian and Brandon decided to come off the road, Erica and Chris decided to keep going with their son Graham. Together, the new Anticipation sings at around 100 concerts together a year.

They are out of Hannibal, MO and travel many miles every year, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Their miniseries ultimate goal is leading as many lost souls to Christ as possible. If just one more soul is saved, it would be worth every mile.

Anticipation will perform on Sunday, July 25th at Pree Park, 200 South Second Street in San Jose.

Come at 5 p.m. for food and activities and stay for the concert that starts at 6 p.m.

Bring your lawn chairs.

The free concert is sponsored by the San Jose Christian Church, San Jose United Methodist Church and St. Luke's Lutheran Church.

In the event of inclement weather (rain or excessive heat, etc.) the concert will be held at the San Jose United Methodist Church fellowship hall, 600 South First Street, San Jose.
