Candidates are: Samantha Bell, Doug Graff, Carrie
Osborne, Laura Sandrolini and Cathy Tiffany.
At the June meeting, Cince Bowns and Marc Schoonover were applauded
for their work on the board and certificates awarded, having served
their three-year terms. Cince has been Family Selection chair for
nine years, Marc has been Vice President and on the Warehouse
committee for his three years on board.
In other business HFHLC voted to have a booth at the Third Friday
Downtown Lincoln from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on participating Fridays this
summer.
The board also will participate in the Route 66 Garage Sale on the
week-end of June 11-12. The HFHLC warehouse will be open Friday
evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A “$5 Box Special” will be offered along with all items in the
warehouse that are typically for sale.
HFHLC is also selling raffle tickets for a half-hot donated by
Tarter Brothers in Lincoln. Tickets will be $1 each or six for $5.
Tickets will be available during the garage sale
and after the sale by reaching out to board members Tonita Reifsteck,
Marc Schoonover, Laura Tomlinson, Cince Bowns, Bob Chamberlain,
Jamie Voyles, Dean Leesman, or Doug Graff. Tickets will also be on
sale at the warehouse on the days it is open.

The drawing for the half-hog will be held at the next meeting of
the HFHLC, Tuesday, July 6th.
The Habitat for Humanity of Logan County warehouse is located at 919 Woodlawn
Road in Lincoln. The hours of operation re Wednesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4
p.m. and Saturday’s from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All proceeds from all fundraisers hosted by the HFHLC goes to funding the next
home building project in Logan County.
