Ronald H. Schleder, 83, of Hartsburg
passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in his home
with his loving family by his side.
Ronald was born on November 21, 1937 in Logan
County, the son of Herbert and Evelyn (Rademaker)
Schleder.
Ronald is survived by his children: Teresa Hanner
(Mark Hinds) of Elkhart, Lisa (Lindsey) Fink of
Petersburg, Rick (Julie) Schleder of Hartsburg, Jeff
Schleder of Lincoln, Tami Paulus (Chad Emberton) of
Emden, Brad (Amber) Schleder of Hartsburg and step
children: Kasey (Nick Simpson) Anderson of
Hartsburg, Karly Yakle of Pekin, Cody Anderson and
Colton Anderson of Delevan.
Grandchildren: Jessica (Kevin) Foran, Nicole (Craig)
Erlenbush, Brock (Meghan) Fink, Seth (Marlea) Fink,
Chance (Chrissy) Fink, Travis (Nikki) Schleder,
Tyler Schleder, Ashlyn Schleder, Brandon (Kaeley)
Bridges, Dusty Paulus, Cage Crumpler, Braden
Schleder, Brody Schleder, Kollin Bell, Haven
Simpson, Blake Simpson, Benjamin Yakle, and William
Yakle.
Great-Grandchildren: Grayson Foran, Palmer Foran,
Ava Erlenbush, Emerson Erlenbush, Saylor Erlenbush,
Quinn Fink, Ryker Fink, River Fink, Rowynn Fink,
Bowden Fink, Josie Fink, Boone Fink, Tessa Fink,
Lennon Schleder, Lyle Schleder, Charli Schleder, and
Cora Schleder. |
Siblings: Cheryl (Galen) Miller of
Mackinaw, John Schleder of Lincoln, and Carol
(Bruce) Babbs of Oblong.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife,
Woneta; son, Rodney Schleder; and long time
companion Susan Anderson.
Ronald was a lifelong farmer in Logan County. He
enjoyed spending time outside especially fishing.
Ronald had a sweet tooth and loved sharing his sugar
filled treats with his grandchildren and
great-grandchildren who he loved and adored.
A private family service will be held at a later
date.
Memorial donations may be made in Ronald’s name to
The American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital.
Services have been entrusted to
