			formerly of Lincoln, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 
			Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, MO. |

							a.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in

							Obituary  
							 
							Jennifer "Jenni” Marie Beltz, 59, of 
							Pinckneyville, formerly of Lincoln, passed away on 
							Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Barnes Hospital, St. 
							Louis, MO.
 Jenni was born on January 8, 1962 in Lincoln, a 
							daughter to Vernon and Sharon (Rohlfs) Shehorn. On 
							November 13, 1993, she married Martin Beltz, they 
							were divorced but remained close and Marty helped 
							Jennifer through her extended illness until the time 
							of her passing. Jennifer graduated from LCHS and 
							attended ISU and SIU-C. She worked for the 
							Department of Agriculture at the DuQuoin State Fair. 
							Jennifer enjoyed celebrating all holidays and 
							entertaining family and friends at her home.
 
							Survivors include her parents; Marty; 
							her goddaughter, Dakotah Hubler; and several special 
							aunts, cousins and dear friends. | 
                    
					 
							She was preceded in death by her 
							maternal and paternal grandparents.
 Visitation for Jennifer will be held at 
							Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln on 
							Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 9:00-11:00am. 
							Private family funeral services will follow the 
							visitation also at the funeral home. (CDC protocol 
							including face masks and social distancing will be 
							observed)
 
 Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Logan 
							County or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
