The Mount Pulaski
Hilltoppers defeated the Hartem Stags Tuesday night in Hartsburg
by a final score of 67-36.
The Hilltoppers jumped out to a 22-6 first quarter lead over the
Stags. At the half Mount Pulaski was on top 35-15. The lead grew
to 55-24 at the end of three quarters of play. The Hilltoppers
cruised to the 67-36 win, led in scoring by Lane Murphy with 13
points.
Mount Pulaski improves to 8-3 on the season.
In the JV game Mount Pulaski defeated Hartem 59-37. Alec Martin
led the Hilltoppers with 17 points. Jackson Fricke and Daniel
McCormick hit double-digits for Mount Pulaski with 10 points
each.
Mount Pulaski will host Warrensburg-Latham on Friday night. The
JV game will start at 6 p.m. The Varsity game will start at 7:30
p.m.
