Lady Railers defeat Athens 64-27 on Senior Night

[March 04, 2021]  The Lady Railers coasted to a 64-27 win over Athens on Senior Night at Roy S. Anderson Gymnasium Tuesday night.

Emily Paulus, the lone Lady Railer senior, was honored by her teammates, along with her mom and dad, Lynn and Kent Paulus.

On the court the Lady Railers were quick to jump out to a 16-2 lead in the first quarter. Showing no mercy, the Lady Railers commanded a 35-10 lead at halftime. Lincoln built a 31-point lead in the third quarter. The Lady Railers coasted to the 64-27 win.

Kloe Froebe led all scorers with 26 points. Becca Heitzig tossed in 10 points for Lincoln.

Lincoln improves to 6-7 on the season.

Lincoln won the JV game 49-13 over Athens. Jenna Bowman led Lincoln with 14 points. Jazmyn Robbins tossed in 10 points for Lincoln.
