Obituary
Kelly Jo Rice Halcomb, 66, of Lincoln
passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Memorial
Medical Center in Springfield.
Private family services will be held.
Burial will be in New Union Cemetery in Lincoln.
Kelly Jo Rice was born on June 28, 1954 in Clinton
the daughter of James Claude and Leta Beeler Rice.
She was united in marriage to Wyatt Halcomb on
December 19, 1969. He survives.
Also surviving are her children: Ellen (Charles
Lukesch) Halcomb, Karen(Jason Walters) Halcomb,
Michelle (Sam) Adkins, Julie Halcomb. Eight
grandchildren: Junior, Shaun, David, Aaron, Teresa,
Randy, Wyatt,and Michael. Six great grandchildren:
Jenna, Aleigha, Karter, Amari, Amiryah, and Kobe,
one sister: Shelly Hurt, Merle Rice, Jim Rice and
Forest Rice. |
She was preceded in death by her
parents and nine siblings, her best companion:
Mollie.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Logan
County.
