			- Sir Peter Rosner, 75, of Lincoln passed away on 
			Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, 
			Lincoln. |

							Obituary  
							 
							Sir Peter Rosner, 75, of Lincoln 
							passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Abraham 
							Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Lincoln.
 Peter was born on May 13, 1945 in Wittenberge, 
							Germany; son of Horst and Grete (Liszt) Rosner. He 
							married Katherine McKenna on October 28, 1994 in 
							Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Katherine survives him.
 
 Peter is also survived by his eight children and 
							their spouses: eighteen grandchildren and ten 
							great-grandchildren. Peter was preceded in death by 
							his parents, aunts, and uncles.
 
							Peter was 16 years old when he and 
							his mother escaped East Germany; from there he 
							developed a very successful career in Industrial 
							Engineering and having served as an Ambassador of 
							Germany. He spoke five different languages fluently 
							but knew eight. Peter and Katherine traveled all 
							over the world and have been to many different 
							countries like Holland, where Peter was knighted. | 
                    
					 
							A celebration of Peter’s life will be 
							2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 
							Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln with 
							Ryan Edgecombe officiating. Visitation will be one 
							hour prior to service (1:00-2:00 p.m.). 
 Memorial donations may be made in Peter’s name to 
							St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the 
							Shriners Hospital for Children.
