Obituary
Stacy Lynn Swinford, 43, of
Lincoln, passed away April 21, 2021 after a long and
courageous health battle.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home. A celebration of life will
be held at a later date.
Stacy was born August 21, 1977 in Lincoln, the
daughter of James E. and Debra Sue ( Horchem)
Swinford.
Stacy graduated from Hartsburg Emdem High School.
She was a medical assistant. She was formerly
employed as a home health worker, and worked at ALMH
ER and DMH prompt care.
She was a fighter. She fought courageously for years
against diabetes and other health concerns.
She loved her dog Samba and was close with her
nephews and nieces as well as her second cousins.

Survivors include her parents James and Debra Swinford; brothers
James (Kayla) Swinford and Dale ( Kathy) Swinford; nephews: Chris, Ollie, Jayce,
Brandon and Blake; nieces Sami and Jersi; cousins: Addison, Alexis, Alyssa, and
Abby; special friends Kyle Welch, Shelli Sue Thompson, and Dave and Sue
Thompson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, uncles: Steve, Mike, Harold,
Dale, and Eugene and Aunts Hope and Sheila.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
