The Lincoln Railsplitters defeated Jacksonville Routt 
					Wednesday afternoon 11-1 behind a solid pitching performance 
					by Lucas Konczyk. 
					
					
					 
					
					
					Konczyk (2-0) pitched the complete five-inning game, 
					allowing just one run on two hits and striking out seven 
					batters.
					
					
					 
					
					
					The Railsplitters scored five runs in the second inning. The 
					first three runs all came on back-to-back-to-back bases 
					loaded walks. Tanner Strampp then lifted a single to left 
					field that scored Andrew Graue and Dylan Singleton to make 
					the score 5-0. 
					
					
					 
					
					
					The Railsplitters third inning started with singles by Sean 
					Raffa and Trey Schilling. Seth Tungate reached base on a hit 
					by pitch. Singleton’s grounder to short resulted in an error 
					that scored two runs. Keagan Ferguson followed with a 
					two-run double and the Railsplitters were cruising early 
					with a 9-0 lead.
					
					
					 
					
					
					Jacksonville Routt scored their only run of the game in the 
					fourth inning off Konczyk.
					
					
					 
					
					
					The Railsplitters plated two more runs in the bottom of the 
					fifth inning to win by the 10-run rule. Tungate smacked an 
					RBI double in the inning and Trent Koehler hit a ground ball 
					to short to score Graue with the last run of the game.
					
					
					 
					
					
					Lincoln wins the game 11-1.
					
					
					 
					
					
					The Railsplitters had five hits versus Jacksonville Routt. 
					
					
					 
					
					
					Trey Schilling, Sean Raffa, Seth Tungate, Keagan Ferguson 
					and Tanner Strampp each had hits for Lincoln. 
					
					
					 
					
					
					The Railsplitters improve to 8-2 on the season.
					
					
					 
					
					
					Lincoln will play at Rochester today at 4:30 p.m.
