Hidden in Plain Sight, a drug awareness drive-thru tour will be
hosted in the Lincoln Community High School parking lot on Tuesday,
May 11th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Hidden in Plain Sight is a drive-thru event intended for parents and
caregivers. Come join us at Lincoln Community High School for a
20-minute journey through a messy teenager’s bedroom. Take your shot
at identifying signs of risky behavior by looking at pictures of a
child’s bedroom. All participants will be taking home a free dinner
prepared by Deep Roots Café while supplies last! Participants are
encouraged to drive thru the event anytime between 4pm-6pm.
This event gives participants a peek at harmful substances and other
items that youth can hide in plain sight. From station to station,
facilitators will show various parts of the bedroom. As a result of
the event, participants will be better equipped to help local youth
stay healthy and safe.
