This year the Hilltop Club and Fall Festival
committee are excited to continue traditional activities as well as
hopefully bring new opportunities for all ages to enjoy. If you have
participated in the past, THANK YOU and we look forward to working
with you again. If you have not, please consider helping us sponsor
this very important event to bring families, friends and visitors to
our wonderful little town and show them what we have to offer. We
are very hopeful about having the Fall Fest this year! We all need
something to look forward to!
We will try to host various means of fundraising to help meet the
financial obligations of hosting a free
street festival. It takes everyone’s help to ensure we continue this
tradition for our community to enjoy.
Our goal is to raise $15,000.
This year, we have several options to meet your interests:
1. Sponsorship:
We have four levels of sponsorship available; Gold
$1,000.00 +
Silver $501.00-$999.00
Bronze $251.00-$500.00
Friends of Fall Festival $250.00 and below
If you have graphics or logos you would like to see displayed with
your sponsorship please contact Hillary Cherry at
cherry_shc@live.com
to discuss file format.
2. Merchandise Donation:
If you wish to donate services, or gift certificates,
we will either auction or raffle those items and credit your company
in the process.

3. Your Time:
WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS TO RUN THE TRADITIONAL EVENTS! If we
can not find enough volunteers, sadly, events will start to
disappear. We are truly making this a community event for all to be
involved in the planning/implementation and for all to attend and
enjoy!
4. Your Idea:
If you have thought of another way to be a part of
the festival, let us know!
As always, we appreciate your continued support and look forward to
sharing the success of a great fall festival with you in September.
Please respond to the address with the enclosed envelope by June 30,
2021.
We hope to see you at the festival - September 10th & 11th!
