Obituary
Patricia Bishop, 96, passed away at
7:08 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at her home in
Decatur.
Patricia was born on August 12, 1925 in Fairfield,
IA, to Jesse and Grace (Conway) Karns. She married
Merrill Bishop on September 18, 1947. He preceded
her in death.
Surviving are three sons, John (Julie) Bishop of
Mount Pulaski, David (Leann) Bishop of Corpus
Christi, TX, and Michael (Chay) Bishop of Decatur,
seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Services for Patricia will be held at
11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at St.
Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Mount Pulaski with
Rev. Joseph Dondanville officiating. Visitation will
take place one hour prior to the service
(10:00-11:00am). Burial will follow the services at
Mount Pulaski Cemetery in Mount Pulaski.
Services have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski.
