After a slow start to the game, the girls
kicked up their energy in the second half to get the win,
according to Mount Pulaski Coach Ryan McVickers.
The Lady Toppers were led by Alexis Wade with 27 points, seven
steals, six rebounds and four assists. Riley May
tossed in 13 points and pulled down six rebounds. Grace Davis
had six points, six rebounds, four steals and two assists.
Mount Pulaski (3-0) will play for its first ever Turkey Tussle
Tournament Championship on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. against Porta/AC.
The championship game will be held at Clinton
