Obituary
Lemuel Curtiss Haynes Jr., 59, of
Lincoln, passed away November 7, 2021 at Lincoln
Memorial Hospital.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home. A celebration of life will
be held at 11 AM Thursday, November 18, 2021 at the
funeral home. Burial will follow in Carlisle
Cemetery.
Lemuel was born August 5, 1962 in Monticello, IL.,
the son of Lemuel Curtiss Haynes Sr. and Mary (Ashbrook)
Haynes. He did heating and air conditioning
installation and repair work in the area. He enjoyed
wood working.
Survivors include his parents; three children: Matthew
Haynes, Whitney (Benjamin) Rekart, and Gage
(Autumn) Haynes;
three grandchildren: Alex, Jack, and Clementine; ex
wife Julie Haynes and
brothers Daryl (Sandee) Haynes and Shannon Haynes. |
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
