With recent staff shortages and changes in department leadership,
Tobias was instrumental in ensuring patients’ needs were met – all
documentation completed and billing submitted – in addition to her
regular job duties. Tobias’ work directly contributed to her
department achieving its most successful month to date.
“Our program directly cares for vulnerable people facing various
mental health concerns,” said Tobias’ nominator Jon Bormann,
supervisor for LMH’s Senior Life Solutions. “Molly has an amazing
intuitive instinct for perceiving the needs that are present and
uses her medical knowledge to make sure those needs are met.”

Tobias plans to advance in her education to become a psychiatric-mental health
nurse practitioner. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her
family, tending her flower garden and running for sport.
