Logan County Coroners report
Tuesday evening crash claims one life

The Logan County Coroner, Donald P. Peasley, has announced that
Mallory D. Brown 42, of San Jose, Il was pronounced deceased on Tuesday evening on October 12, 2021 . The deceased was pronounced dead at the scene following a three vehicle accident on Route 136 and 700 Avenue east of Emden, Illinois.

This death is being investigated by the Illinois State Police and the Logan County Coroner’s Office.

Autopsy was completed at the McLean County Morgue.
