The City of Atlanta, Illinois and Atlanta Public Library and Museum
announces its first annual 13 Nights of Halloween October 19-31. Each
night will feature a free event held by the Atlanta Public Library
and Museum, culminating in the Haunted Museum October 29-31.
The City of Atlanta will be decorated for Halloween on Arch Street,
