Obituary
Sara M. Curtis, 70, of San Jose,
passed away March 21, 2022 at home surrounded by her
family. Cremation rites have been accorded by
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home.
Sara was born August 5, 1951, in San Jose, IL., the
daughter of George W. Redell and Jessie L. (Kindbusch)
Redell. She married Kenneth Curtis. He preceded her
in death.
Sara enjoyed fishing, camping, and the outdoors. She
was employed as a home health care CNA, and a bus
driver.
Survivors include her 4 daughters: Penny Johnson
(Kenneth), Jennifer Hanks (Scott), Amanda Foley
(John), and Donna Ivey (Aaron) and numerous
grandchildren and great grandchildren. |
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth
Curtis, brother George W. Redell, and half sister Gertrude Shine.
