[April 11, 2022]
Noble Grand Mike Starasta, of Lincoln Odd Fellows
Lodge #204, wishes to announce that the Illinois Odd Fellows and
Rebekahs, one of the world’s oldest fraternal organizations
dedicated to the service for the betterment of mankind, have decided
to make donations for humanitarian relief for the people of Ukraine,
along with the Grand Lodge of Illinois and the Sovereign Grand
Lodge.
|
The Grand Lodge of Illinois and the Sovereign
Grand Lodge are to provide Matching Funds to be sent to support the
Ukrainian people. We currently have 29 lodge Brothers fighting the
war in Ukraine. Our local lodges Noble Grand Mike Starasta’s family
immigrated from Ukraine to the United States, and they still have
family in Ukraine. This is a project that is near and dear to our
Lodge members.
Your Local Odd Fellows Lincoln Lodge #204 will be
accepting donations from April 1, 2022, through May 1, 2022, with
all proceeds to go directly to this humanitarian effort.
