Lincoln Police Department

  • Scott W. Barnes, age 55, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/14/2022 at 10:50 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue on a Theft charge.

  • Timothy R. Hannah, age 30, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/14/2022 at 6:18 p.m. at his residence on a Logan County Warrant 21 CM 199 on a Failure to Appear on a Battery charge.

  • Kevin M. Morse, age 30, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/14/2022 at 3:21 p.m. on Pulaski Street on a Mclean County Warrant.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Keegin D. Osland, age 18, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 4/15/2022 at 2:48 a.m. at Madigan Park on a Possession of Cannabis charge.

  • Kevin M. Perkins, age 46, of Miami, OK was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 4/14/2022 at 11:28 a.m. on Woodlawn Road on a Clark County Warrant.
