This past Friday
evening, the American Legion Post 263 in Lincoln hosted its monthly
Schnitzel and Chips carry-out dinner.
Volunteers were on hand cooking the special recipe schnitzels,
making sandwiches, filling to-go cartons, and offering curbside
service to customers hungry for the delightful sandwich that has
made a name for itself in Lincoln.
If you've not tried one of the tasty sandwiches, the Legion hosts a
schnitzel fundraiser monthly. Look for their monthly ad in Lincoln
Daily News.
