John "Bill" W. Utterback, 62, of Lincoln, passed away on Sunday,
April 17, 2022, at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield. |

Arms Fellowship Church

A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held on
Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the
church

Obituary
John "Bill" W. Utterback, 62, of
Lincoln, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at
HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held on
Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Open
Arms Fellowship Church with Pastor Larry Crawford
officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.
until 11:00 a.m. at the church. Cremation Rites have
been accorded.
John William “Bill” Utterback was born on September
9, 1959, in Lincoln, the son of John Thomas and
Shirley A. Spain Utterback.

Surviving Bill is his father: John
Thomas Utterback; his children: Samantha, John, Jr.,
Harley (Chaka), and Joshua; two sisters: Denise M.
(John) Sprague and Sheryl A. (Ernie) Nalley; one
brother: Robert (Carol) Utterback; and seven
grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Bill graduated from the Mt. Pulaski High School.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
arrangements.
