LTEC Building Trades hosts open house for new construction home May 5th

 

[April 27, 2022]   The Lincoln Technical Education Center is excited to announce this year’s Building Trades “Open House” on May 5, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Please come out and support our students, under the direction of Mr. John Ford, in their successful construction of a new home at “201” 9th Street, Lincoln, Illinois.

This new home offers a beautiful open concept living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house also features an oversized two car garage and hardwood floors.

This house is for sale by “sealed bid.” If you are interested, please submit your sealed bid to the Lincoln Community High School District Office, attention Matt Puckett, Director of LTEC. 

All sealed bids must meet the minimum reserve of $185,000. The sealed bids will be opened at 9 am on May 13, 2022, with the highest bidder offered the home.
