  • Daniel J. Handcox Rucker, age 31 of Decatur, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/28/2022 at 1:14 a.m. on Jackson Street on Driving while License Suspended, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Armed Habitual Criminal charges.

  • Chelsea A. Hanserd, age 29, of Peoria, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/28/2022 at 1:19 a.m. on Jackson Street on Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Scott D. Pruitt, age 39, of Elkhart, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 4/27/2022 at 9:00p.m. on Stahlhut Drive on a Possession of Firearms with a Revoked FOID charge.
