			 The CSBG 
			Scholarship is designed, in cooperation with the Illinois Department 
			of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, to provide financial 
			assistance to low-income persons with either College Courses, 
			General Education Diploma, Trade School Certification or job-related 
			requirements by one’s employer. Attainment of potential Scholarships 
			will go toward tuition costs in an accredited Illinois educational 
			institution and or necessary requirements for said employer to CSBG-eligible 
			clients.  
			 
			Requirements include being enrolled or registered in an Illinois 
			institution of higher education, or trade school of choice or proof 
			of a passing grade on GED practice exam for each testing module (GED 
			ONLY) Must be pursuing an Associate or bachelor’s degree, a GED, or 
			Trade School Certification and be resident of Logan, Mason, Menard, 
			Fulton, DeWitt, or Piatt Counties. Must be income eligible for 2022 
			CSBG services and be enrolled in at least one CAPCIL Service.
