							Wanda Lyons-McCool, 90, passed away 
							on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in Lincoln.  
							 
							Wanda was born on July 9, 1932, in Carl Junction, 
							MO, to Robert L. and Mabel (Hankins) Eastwood. 
							 
							She is survived by her children, Stephen Lee Lyons, 
							Barry Lee (Thelma) Lyons, Dan Lee (Sandy) Lyons, Don 
							Lee (Jodee) Lyons, and Wanda (Randy) Mileham; her 
							grandsons, Stephen Lee Lyons Jr., Jeremy, Zachariah, 
							Upton Hogan, Randy Lyons, Jeremy and Jason Goodman, 
							Dan Lyons Jr., Joseph Lyons; her only granddaughter, 
							Jamaica (Thomas) Madigan; and 18 
							great-grandchildren. 
							 
							Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, her 
							siblings, Howard and Robert Eastwood Jr., Doreen 
							Kroger; and foster siblings, Frank Edwards, Paul and 
							Clyde Williams, and Freida Gates.

							Wanda lived in Joplin’s Children’s 
							Home and Hospital after her father’s passing in 1935 
							until Wesley and Nellie Hirsch (foster parents) 
							adopted her around 1942. Wanda learned an 
							outstanding work ethic working at home on the farm 
							and especially loved spending time with her special 
							Jersey cattle. She also enjoyed baking, cooking, and 
							crocheting. 
							 
							A celebration of life will be announced at a later 
							date. 
							 
							Cremation rites have been accorded 
							with Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in 
							Lincoln, IL. 
							 
							Memorials may be made in Wanda’s name 
							to Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch in Shelbina, 
							MO.
