Grace Davis led Mount Pulaski with six kills.
Alexis Wade had four kills and eleven digs to pace the visiting
Lady Toppers to victory.
The Mount Pulaski JV team also defeated Riverton
26-24 and 25-18.
First year Mount Pulaski Head Coach Alora Goodey
was pleased with her team kicking off the season with a win.
“Overall I was super proud to see the progress we made over
these last few weeks,” said Goodey. “We’ve really focused on the
serve and pass aspect of the game and that definitely shined for
us tonight.”
Mount Pulaski will host Williamsville Tuesday
night with the JV game starting at 6:00 p.m. Varsity will
follow.
