The Pretzels doubled up the Hilltoppers in the
first quarter, leading 16-8.
By halftime the Pretzels lead was 28-16, with Evan Cooper
scoring all of the Hilltoppers eight points in the second
quarter.
New Berlin led 44-26 after three quarters. Jackson Fricke and
Clay Aylesworth hit threes in the quarter for Mount Pulaski.
One basket by Mount Pulaski in the fourth quarter led to a 52-28
win by New Berlin.
Evan Cooper led Mount Pulaski with 13 points.
The Hilltoppers fall to 2-5 on the season.
New Berlin won the JV game by a final score of 43-31. Lamarion
Solomon led the JV team with 10 points.
Mount Pulaski will play at Edinburg on Friday night. The JV game
will start at 6 p.m. The Varsity will start at 7:30 p.m.
