Lincoln Memorial Hospital’s popular weekly outdoor
walking program at the nonprofit hospital’s wellness trail moves to
indoors only at Lincoln Park District’s recreation center during the
winter months of January, February and March.
The Trailblazers’ walking program is offered free of charge and open
to all with no registration required. The indoor walks will take
place on Wednesdays at 7 and 9 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. at the Park
District’s recreation center located at 1400 Railer Road in Lincoln.
“We are grateful to partner with the Lincoln Park District to offer
this exercise opportunity during the winter months,” said Angela
Stoltzenburg, director of the Community Health Collaborative at
Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

“Bring a friend, walk with a
crowd or turn up the tunes on your earbuds and walk alone. Just
don't miss a Wednesday!”
The Trailblazer prize patrol will
continue indoors as well. For more information on themes and other
updates, visit the LMH Community Health Collaborative’s Facebook
