Lincoln College closes campus on Wednesday and Thursday

Due to the winter storm warning in effect for Central Illinois, Lincoln College – Lincoln campus will be closed Wednesday, February 2 through Thursday, February 3. All traditional classes are cancelled. Accelerated Bridge to Education (ABE) online and graduate courses will continue as scheduled.

All campus events, including athletics, are postponed.

 

Residence halls and the Meyer-Evans Student Center will remain open for students. The Lincoln Heritage Museum and McKinstry Library will be closed.

Lincoln College will monitor the winter weather conditions and reopen Friday, February 4, if conditions improve and are determined to be safe.

A determination will be made by 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
