Shannon Otter February Associate of the Month at the Christian Village

[February 19, 2022]   The Christian Village is happy to announce their February Associate of the Month, Shannon Otter, CNA. Starting out in Housekeeping, Shannon decided she wanted to be a part of the residents’ physical care as well.

While working in at The Christian Village, Shannon has grown a strong bond with the residents. When asked what she loves about her job she states, “It’s all about the residents. I just love them so much.”

She was nominated by the resident council and the nomination was approved by the leadership team. The Christian Village is grateful to Shannon for her outstanding work. Presenting Shannon with this recognition is Andie Halley, Executive Director along with fellow associates.
