At
Heartland, Rolfs will direct and manage the long-term strategic
marketing needs for the college. She will lead the organization’s
marketing and promotional communications efforts and serve in an
integral role in addressing College Strategic Enrollment Management
goals.
“Megan blends a wealth of experience in higher education with
professional marketing knowledge, including expertise on topics such
as influencer marketing, marketing partnerships, and social media
trends, all of which will be great assets for the College,” said
Kelli Tillery Hill, HCC Vice President of External Relations.
“Megan’s passion for students and community is evident, and I know
many colleagues join me in welcoming her to the team.”

Rolfs previously served as Executive Director of Marketing and
Communications for the Division of Student Affairs at Illinois State University.
She also had served as Tourism and Conventions Marketing Manager for the
Bloomington-Normal Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Rolfs earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s
degree in student personnel administration from Illinois State University.
