[January 13, 2022]  BEASON -  Donna Faye Welch, 72, of Beason, passed away January 8, 2022, at Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Visitation: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home.

Service: Cremation services will then be accorded. Burial will be at a later date.

Obituary

Donna Faye Welch, 72, of Beason, passed away January 8, 2022, at Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home.

Cremation services will then be accorded. Burial will be at a later date.

Donna was born July 7, 1949, in Sullivan, IL., the daughter of Herbert Hagan and Geneva (Pharis) Hagan. She married John "Jack" Welch on June 13, 1979. He survives. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Donna loved shopping and enjoyed a good margarita, especially from El Mazatlan. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life and her greatest accomplishment.

 

Survivors include her husband, Jack Welch; sons: Jerry Welch, Tracy (Annette) Welch, and Ashley (Sara) Welch; grandchildren: Trevor (Dolly) Welch, Kayla Welch (Jordan), Haley Welch, and Alyssa Welch; siblings: Linda Baldwin, Lonnie (Wan) Hagan, and Sally (Tom) Rouch; sister-in-law Diane Hagan as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Scott Welch, brother Lynn Hagan, brother-in-law Ronnie Baldwin, and her beloved dog Jaxi.

Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Logan County and will be accepted at the funeral home.
