[January 20, 2022]  ATLANTA - Gideon Patrick Bell, 68, of Atlanta passed away on Sunday, January 16,2022 at his home.

Visitation: Friday, January 21, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.

Service: 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home

Obituary

Gideon Patrick Bell, 68, of Atlanta passed away on Sunday, January 16,2022 at his home.

Funeral Services for Patrick will be on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a. m. on Friday prior to the service.

Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.

Gideon Patrick Bell was born on November 15,1953 in Lincoln the son of Gideon Henderson Bell and Marjorie Koopman Bell.

He was united in marriage to Linda Noble on October 29, 1983. She preceded him in death on April 30, 2016.

He is survived by his daughter: Christine (Joe) Delahunt, stepchildren: Cindy (Mark) Leesman, Chris Jackson , four brothers: Joe (Janet) Bell, Dan ( Alice) Bell, Sam (Rita) Bell, Ed Bell, Two sisters: Becky (Tony) Maestas, Theresa Hall. Three grandchildren: Tyler, Riley, Payton Delahunt.

Funeral Director

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Jeffrey M. Bell.

Pat graduated from the Atlanta High School in 1971 where he was president of the Future Farmers of America his senior year.

He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Atlanta.

He retired from Nestle Beich’s factory in Bloomington.

His hobbies were watching football and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Memorials may be made to the Atlanta Rescue Squad.
