West Lincoln Broadwell wins 7th Grade Logan County Tournament

[January 28, 2022] The West Lincoln Broadwell Wolverines defeated the Mount Pulaski Bruins 24-20 to win the 2022 7th Grade Logan County Championship held on the campus of Lincoln College. 

 

The two teams were tied 5-5 as the first quarter ended. 

 

The Wolverines ran out to a 14-7 lead in the second quarter, with Bryce Vlahovich leading the way with six points. 

 

By the end of the third quarter the Wolverines held a 17-13 lead. 

 

The final score was 24-20 as WLB claimed the county title. 

 

Max Rohlfs and Bryce Vlahovich each led WLB with six points.
