The
second annual Logan County Pride Celebration
hosted last weekend at the Logan County
Fairground enjoyed a large turnout despite
the occasional rain throughout the
afternoon.
Lincoln Alderman Sam Downs is the city
appointee to the Diversity and Inclusion
Committee and assisted at the event. This
week, he reported to the city council that
the group had ordered wrist bands to keep
the attendance count but ran out. He
estimated the attendance to be in the range
of 900 to 1,000 people throughout the day.
