  • Adam M. Fisher, age 38, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 6/29/2022 at 10:30 a.m. on 8th Street on a Possession of Stolen Property charge.
     

  • David M. Shelly, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 6/29/2022 at 7:02 p.m. on Woodlawn Road on a Driving while License Revoked charge.
     

  • Kelsey R. Skelton, age 36, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 6/29/2022 at 10:36 p.m. at her residence on a Disorderly Conduct charge.
     

  • Melissa A. Walker, age 44, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 6/29/2022 at 8:35 p.m. in Lincoln, IL on a Retail Theft charge.
