Lincoln Kiwanis Announces 2022 Student Scholarship

 

[March 22, 2022]   The Lincoln Kiwanis Club announces the opening of their 2022 Student Scholarship. The funds for the scholarship are generated through the clubs Annual Golf Outing. With the continued success of the golf outing, the scholarship winner will be awarded $1,500.

To be eligible to apply for the scholarship a student must be enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor, or Certificate program at one of colleges located in Lincoln, Illinois. Colleges would include Lincoln College, Heartland Community College and/or Lincoln Christian University. The student must also be a resident of Lincoln. Scholarship funds would be used for tuition, fees, books, and other school related costs.

Application requirements include a personal essay, list of applicable extra-curricular activities, proof of G.P.A and a letter of recommendation. All applications must be submitted no later than March 25th, 2022.
