Farwell named Lincoln Memorial Hospital Colleague of Month

Chad Farwell, an environmental services tech at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for February.

Farwell is known for his attention to detail, his “Energizer Bunny”-like work ethic, and his habit of taking time to check in with co-workers within and outside of his own department to see if they need assistance from him, said hospital officials.

Hinting at his sense of humor, Farwell said he considers the most rewarding part of his job to be “shiny surfaces!”

Farwell, of Lincoln, has worked at Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2020.

Outside of work, Farwell enjoys rock climbing, painting and reading.
