Obituary
Rena L. Berry, 95, of Mount Pulaski,
passed away at 4:00 P.M. Saturday May 14, 2022 at
her residence.
Rena was born on March 30, 1927, in Mount Pulaski,
to Chester and Martha (Draper) McAfee. She married
Forrest Leigh Berry on May 25, 1947, in Lincoln. He
preceded her in death on July 31, 2001.
Surviving her is son, Michael (Darlene) Berry of
Mount Pulaski, six grandchildren and 10
great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
her parents, husband, daughter Patricia, two
brothers, four sisters and 2 great-grandsons.
She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great
grandmother, and will be greatly missed.

Private graveside services were held
on May 19, 2022, at Steenbergen Cemetery in Mount
Pulaski. Fricke Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt.
Pulaski were entrusted with services.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children
Research or to Ronald McDonald House of Springfield.
