Patricia D. Cobb, 69, of Lincoln passed away on Thursday, May 19,
2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family. |

Funeral Home in Lincoln.

1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home

Obituary
Patricia D. Cobb, 69, of Lincoln
passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at her home
surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Cobb will be Monday, May
23, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home
in Lincoln. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30
p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Patricia Diann Merreighn was born on November 3,
1952, in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Francis
and Clara Smith Merreighn. She was united in
marriage to Leroy Cobb on April 27, 1968. He
survives.
She is also survived by her children: Marty Lee
Cobb, Travice L. Cobb, and Christina (David) Denis;
three brothers: Jack (Roberta) Merreighn, Francis
Merreighn, Jr. and Daniel Merreighn; six
grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two
brothers: Ronnie Merreighn and Greg Merreighn; and
one sister: June Merreighn.
Patricia retired from St. Gobain in Lincoln after 33
years of service. Her hobbies included her dogs,
boating, collecting teddy bears.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s
Hospital Research Hospital.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
