Celebration of Life:  Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the OK Tavern, 1215 N. McLean Street, Lincoln.

Lynnwood L. Armstrong, 64, of Lincoln, passed away at his home, on Monday, April 18, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

Lynnwood was born on May 21, 1957 in Clinton, the son of Harold and Treba (Maus) Armstrong. He married Laurie Brainard in Lincoln on February 13, 1983.

Lynnwood is survived by his wife; children, Matthew (Andrea) Armstrong of Atlanta, and Megan Armstrong of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Cayden, Jaydon, Adalynn, Aubrey, and Aaron; his siblings, Gloria Luster of Lincoln, and Diana Armstrong of Springfield.

Lynnwood was preceded in death by his parents.

Lynnwood was a veteran and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting.

Cremation rites for Lynnwood will be accorded with Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home Lincoln, IL and a Celebration of Life will start at noon on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the OK Tavern, 1215 N. McLean Street, Lincoln.
