Alan Bacon, 52, of Mount Pulaski, Illinois passed away Monday, May
16, 2022 at Arcadia Care Nursing Home, Bloomington.

James Alan Bacon, 52, of Mount
Pulaski, Illinois passed away Monday, May 16, 2022
at Arcadia Care Nursing Home, Bloomington.
James was born on December 10, 1969 in Lincoln, IL,
the son of Robert and Pamela (Davis) Bacon.
He worked in manufacturing at Eaton Corporation,
Lincoln for 22 years. James enjoyed watching the
Chicago Cubs, NASCAR, and his favorite MARVEL
movies. He was a movie fanatic and enjoyed serving
as a volunteer fireman for several years.
James is survived by his two sons, Daniel (Sydni)
Bacon of Mahomet, and Kenneth (Lani) Bacon of
Lincoln; father, Robert Bacon of Lincoln; sister,
Stephanie Bacon of Lincoln, and nephew, Stephen
Bacon of Lincoln. He was preceded in death by his
mother.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May
21 from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jefferson Street
Christian Church, Lincoln. Cremation rights have
been recorded by Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home,
Bloomington.
Memorials may be made to the family
to assist with related expenses or St. John’s
Hospital. |
