Lincoln Park District hosts Swing Dance Lesson and Dance this Saturday
Come to dance or just enjoy the music

[November 03, 2022]   LINCOLN - The Lincoln Park District Foundation, in partnership with Young Dance Inc, will be hosting a Swing Dance Lesson and Dance featuring the Chicago band Rosie & the Rivets, this Saturday evening, November 5th.

Come and enjoy the sounds of the Chicago Premier Retro Rock & Roll Tribute Show, performing the best of the 1950s and early 1960s, along with some contemporary music with a retro twist.

Doors Open at 5:30 p.m.
Beginner Swing Lesson - 6 p.m.
Live music - 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Young Dance Inc will teach the basic Swing footwork and moves for you to showcase, or just come and enjoy the live music throughout the night.

Food and Drinks will be provided for purchase.

All Proceeds from the event will go to the Lincoln Park District Foundation to support community events, programs, and youth scholarships.
