Lincoln Police Department

  • Wanda J. Howe, age 60, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/4/2022 at 6:14 p.m. at her residence on Domestic Battery charges.
     

  • Michelle M. Ollis, age 52, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/5/2022 at 12:06 p.m. on 18th Street on Logan County Warrant 2021 TR 1683 on a Failure to Appear on a Driving While License Suspended charge.
     

  • Anajelica M. Gesner, age 24, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/5/2022 at 1:30 p.m. on Malerich Drive on a Retail Theft charge.
     

  • Larry O. Franklin II, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/6/2022 at 4:59 p.m. on 5th Street on a Violation of Order of Protection charge.
     

  • Andrew M. Deilkes, age 35, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 11/7/2022 at 12:59 a.m. on Keokuk Street on Logan County Warrant 2022 CF 122 on a Failure to Appear on a Possession of Controlled Substance charge.
