Dorothy L. Bernahl, 93, of Lincoln
passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Copper
Creek Cottages in Lincoln.
Private family services will be held at the Peasley
Funeral Home.
Burial will be at a later date in Zion Cemetery.
Dorothy Louise Mittelsteadt was born on December 23,
1928 in Lincoln the daughter of Arthur and Norma
Maxheimer Mittelsteadt. She was united in marriage
to Raymond Bernahl on May 23, 1948 in Mt. Pulaski.
He preceded her in death on September 10, 2019 in
Lincoln.
She is survived by her children: Gary
(Cindy) Bernahl, Dennis (Beth) Bernahl, Gene (Barb)
Bernahl, Cheryl Bernahl; twelve grandchildren and
several great grandchildren. |
She was preceded in death by her
husband, parents, two brothers, one sister.
Dorothy graduated from the Lincoln Community High
School in 1946.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s
Association.
