Springfield Clinic will continue newborn deliveries in Lincoln until Dec. 31
Doctors will confer with patients on best Springfield options for delivery in the new year

With the closing of the Lincoln Memorial Hospital's Obstetrics and Gynecology unit, Springfield Clinic Lincoln wants to remind patients that we are committed to the community and providing the highest-quality OBGYN care possible for our patients.

Kristen M. Green, MD, and Don A. Sielaff, MD, will continue to deliver their patients at Lincoln Memorial Hospital until the OBGYN unit closes on December 31, 2022.

For deliveries after that date, Dr. Green and Dr. Sielaff will work with patients directly to determine which Springfield hospital is appropriate for delivery, either Springfield Memorial Hospital or HSHS St. John's Hospital.
