When the tables and chairs arrived at Collision Concepts on Thursday afternoon, it took a lot of volunteers to get the back shop area set up and ready for the many items that would go into the silent and live auctions of the evening.

In the shop area, most of the volunteers were staff of Collision Concepts with help from the Friends and Family Relay Team and others.

In the front of the house, Cindy Guyett was busy overseeing decorations for the back shop area as well as getting set up for the food and drink that would be served later in the evening.

There were two offices of the business set aside for auction items and even yet Thursday afternoon more items were arriving.

When all the tables were decorated, Collision staff hauled all those items out of the offices and to the proper areas. Karen Hargis was overseeing the arrangement of the silent auction items with the help of John and Becky Logan, and Janice Funk.

The live auction items were sorted, arranged and labeled by Nila Smith with help from her husband Richard, her sister Mindy Browning, Amber Altmix, and staff from Collision.

After a hurried 90 minutes, everything was finished and looking picture perfect.
